Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This policy describes the intended use of Google account data by Ampler's privately managed document-management integration. Actual operation must remain consistent with this policy.

1. Who operates this service?

Ampler is a privately managed digital project. Privacy questions and data requests may be sent to dexprezes@interia.pl.

2. What is the service for?

Ampler may provide access to a self-hosted document-management application based on Paperless-ngx. A connected Google account can be used, with the account holder's authorization, to retrieve emails and attachments selected for import and organization as personal documents.

3. What Google data may be accessed?

Where the email integration is enabled and authorized, the service may access email messages and associated metadata and attachments needed to retrieve and process documents. The exact scope of access is determined by the permissions presented during Google's authorization process. The service does not require access to unrelated Google account data for this purpose.

4. How is data used?

Authorized email data is used to check for documents to import, extract or save relevant content and attachments, and organize and search documents in the self-hosted application. Imported documents and necessary metadata can remain stored in the application's privately managed storage. Email processing rules determine which messages are imported.

5. Storage, sharing, and security

Imported data is intended to be stored in privately managed systems and is not sold or used for advertising. Data may be processed by hosting, security, and connectivity infrastructure strictly as needed to operate the service. Access to stored data and connection credentials should be limited to authorized users, and transport security should be used for remote connections.

6. Google API data use

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements applicable to the requested permissions. Google user data will not be used to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

7. Data retention and deletion

Imported documents may be retained until they are removed by an authorized user or the service operator. Revoking a Google account connection stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete documents already imported. To request removal of imported data or associated credentials, contact dexprezes@interia.pl. Deletion requests will be reviewed and carried out subject to applicable retention obligations.

8. Control over account access

Google account connections require authorization by the account holder. Access may be revoked through Google Account connections. Revocation may prevent further email retrieval by the application.

9. Website information

This informational website is delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, according to its own applicable policies. This website does not intentionally set up advertising trackers or collect personal information through a contact form.

10. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated if the services or their data practices change. The updated version will appear on this page with a new effective date. For questions, access, or deletion requests, contact dexprezes@interia.pl.
